Attention High School Students: START COLLEGE NOW!

The Wisconsin Start College Now Program allows public high school juniors and seniors who meet certain requirements to take college courses at Blackhawk Technical College. Approved courses count toward high school graduation AND college credit. Applications are due March 1st for the fall semester, and October 1st for the spring semester.

Taking a college course while in high school can be exciting as well as challenging and we ask that students make this decision carefully with their parents/guardians. Students are responsible for locating the courses that they want to take on the college website. Each course may have prerequisites, please check with the college liaisons to verify that you are eligible to enroll in these courses. Payment: District is responsible for tuition and books.  Any additional supplies or materials are the students responsibility.
